If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The Free plan is free of charge and is not subject to refunds.

How to request a refund

Email billing@adoverwatch.com with the email address on your account and the date of your purchase. Refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days.
